Testing Touchscreen Responsiveness

Tap across all areas of the panel to verify touch accuracy and panel responsiveness.

Testing 2D Barcode Reader

Scan a test barcode using the scanner located on the bottom side of the unit.

Verify that the scanned barcode data registers properly within the active Ignition application interface.
Testing Network & FactoryBrain Connectivity

Confirm network link activity using the RJ45 Ethernet port LEDs on the rear connection panel.

Verify communication with FactoryBrain. If disconnected, trigger
[CTRL] + [ALT] + [SHIFT] + [P]to review IP, netmask, and gateway settings.
Testing Audio Output

Connect an external audio device to the 3.5 mm Audio Out jack to verify audio signal output.
Testing Power & Standby Functionality

Press the rear power button to toggle between power states and verify the LED indicator shifts between green (ON) and red/orange (OFF or Sleep).
